This is possibly one of the best restaurants in Sitges for our taste. It is located on a street in the town center. They have an  outdoor terrace  plus interior, bright and nicely decorated, by the way. During the week lunch menu are around 15-20 euros (I can not remember) and it’s worth trying it.

The menu is extensive and the offer is varied. The dishes are abundant and well structured. Note this place for their meat grilled or baked. In winter they serve baked veal cutlet that melts in the mouth. Tremendous.

They serve  huge chicken thighs that they make grilled with mustard sauce (amazing) or lemon sauce. The steak tartare prepared in front of you, it is also the best I’ve ever tasted . Seafood, especially Galician razor clams are  very good. Very good wine list.

The last time we were there,  we shared a tuna dish with roasted peppers and Iberian  “los pedroches” ham.  Both very good.

As main,  we both ordred Donosti style hake (that is oven baked with oil, garlic and chilli on top) . The truth is that the fish was perfect point of cooking and plenty enough. The potatoes accompanying were spectacular.

We could not ask for dessert, we ate too much …

We drank rose wine, one of our favorites, the Pago del Vicario Petit Verdot, a spectacular rosé that looks more like a red wine.

The service, as always impeccable. Attentive at all times without getting noticed.

With the corresponding Cigaló (coffe with a dash)  and sips, the bill was  95 euros. Not expensive considering both the quality and abundance.

Within a couple of weeks we will go back.
